• Guests arriving at the venue without proof of purchase of a ticket will only be admitted if tickets are still available, subject to the discretion of the management.
• Tickets are provided to those who book one online, and on a first come first serve basis.
• The validity of a ticket is one day
• You have to be 21 years old or above, to be able to purchase or consume alcohol
• Buy purchasing the ticket you are acknowledging that you are aware that it is illegal for anyone younger than 21 years to purchase alcohol, and it is illegal to purchase alcohol for someone below the age of 21 years to consume
• The management reserves the right to ask for id verification.
• Outside food or beverage is not allowed. The venue offers a wide range of f&b options.
• The Square & ISD Dubai strictly adheres to all rules and regulations laid out by government authorities, including dubai health authority and dubai municipality to ensure the health and safety of everyone at our venue.
• By attending this event, guests consent to appearing in photos and videos to be used on social media amongst other placements at the sole discretion of the management.
• Children using the kid's play area should be under the supervision of an accompanying adult. ISD Fanzone Management is not liable for any injury or harm sustained to any child using any of our facilities in the kid's play area.
• Visitors under 21 will not be allowed to enter unless they are accompanied by their parents.
• Tickets once purchased cannot be refunded.
• ISD Fanzone is a cashless venue.
• Matches featuring teams of arabic speaking countries may be streamed in Arabic.
• Ticket holders are expected to download and create a profile in the ISD BE app.
• Day passes already purchased cannot be exchanged with passes for another date.
• Management reserves the right to decide on what language they will show the games and once booking is made its not refundable.
• Our tables range is size and can occupy 4 to 8 people.
• Guests may have to share tables.
• Guests cannot hold tables for others who are not present at the site.
• Management reserves the right to reserve tables for visitors at their own discretion.
• All unreserved tables can be occupied on a first come first serve basis.
• A ticket does not guarantee a seat.
• The credit in your wallet from ticket purchases for the ISD World Cup Fanzone will expire on Dec 18, 2022, which is the last day of the world cup
